Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Carrollton, TX.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support in a fast-paced outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including exercises, modalities, and education
• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and activities to promote patient progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies or related field
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
