Description
We are seeking a Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for successfully leading and refining demand forecast per commercial segment. Your responsibilities will include providing strong involvement and support for sales and operations planning (S&OP) activities, tracking and measuring forecast versus actual performance, analyzing variances and leading corrective actions, and reporting out and monitoring for opportunities to improve monthly key performance indicators.
You will also create and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and planning tools to improve visibility and decision-making. Additionally, you will drive the consolidation of demand planning projects across diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals and strategic priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or another related supply chain field. You will also need to have 3+ years of experience working with demand forecast plan/analysis; supply chain, accounting, sales perspective. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI with excellent quantitative and data analysis skills is required. ERP planning experience is also necessary, with Microsoft Dynamics GP or SAP preferred.
