Physical Therapist Assistant

At Team Rehab, we're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities will include treating patients, addressing questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Treating patients, addressing questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies
• Supervising Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assisting with setup and cleanup
• Completing accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges
• Maintaining productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting)
• Assisting in developing and refining treatment protocols
• Participating in clinic research studies
• Continuing to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework
