Supervisor, Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation

We are seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation to oversee critical functions of our distribution network at our Parts Center in Windsor Locks, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling distribution center processes, including receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control functions.

The Supervisor will set performance standards for workgroup associates and manage results based on departmental and business objectives.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency
• Associate’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
• Three plus years in a job-related field with increasing responsibility
• One to three years supervision/leadership experience required in related field
• Previous exemplary performance in a job-related field may partially compensate for lack of supervisory experience
