HAL - Guest Services Associate - SBI

We are seeking a Guest Services Associate to provide exceptional service to our guests on board.

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for handling guest requests, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide premium guest service by handling all communications, verbal or written, in accordance with set standards.
• Log and maintain accurate records of guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Handle cash transactions, including traveler checks, stamps, foreign exchange, and gratuity adjustments.
• Perform administrative and record-keeping tasks.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Mariner Loyalty Program to assist guests with related inquiries.
• Promote various services and programs to generate revenue.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors, and managers.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a front office operation or hospitality environment.
• Marlins Score 90 or above and a valid STCW certificate.
• Ability to work well with shipboard and corporate personnel, being open-minded, flexible, and able to handle changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of computers and software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
