Beauty Expert - Covent Garden

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team in Covent Garden. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating expert artistry skills, and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

As a Beauty Expert, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote the Charlotte Tilbury brand
• Demonstrate expert artistry skills and product knowledge
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Adapt to changing situations and priorities
