Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our Operations team at our Desio facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing personnel during the shift, ensuring efficient processes, adhering to company standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production targets are met by providing lines with the required materials on time, and monitoring data entry by operators.
• Manage personnel on the production line, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supporting their needs, and verifying their behavior.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs (efficiency, scrap rates, plant saturation), identifying anomalies, and proposing actions for continuous improvement.
• Assign personnel to production activities based on medical evaluations, considering their versatility and updating their skills.
• Collaborate on optimizing efficiency, productivity, and costs.
• Prepare reports and forms according to company-defined procedures.
• Perform equipment and machinery adjustments during startup, supervise die changes, and promptly report maintenance requests.

Requirements:

• Technical high school diploma.
• Previous experience (2-3 years) as a Shift Supervisor.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
