FBS Online Social Marketing Specialist

Our client is a leading insurer seeking a skilled FBS Online Social Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing online social marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Leverage digital analytics and manage day-to-day operations of paid Display & Social Media Acquisition plans
• Create and manage campaigns that deliver on key KPIs of sales calls and premium
• Analyze weekly campaign performance to feed into management reporting and lead audience management and segment creation within technology platforms
• Partner with analytics team to create dashboards for analysis and optimization
• Manage vendors, including display networks and social websites
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to include analytics, creative/content and customer relationship management (CRM) team to execute specific display and social media campaigns as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• English proficiency
• Proven experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic coding for email templates
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and implement several marketing campaigns
