Team Leader

We are seeking a Team Leader to ensure quality cleaning standards are met within the set timeframe at Gatwick Airport.

The successful candidate will have experience in cleaning and be responsible for proactive management of the cleaning team onboard aircraft, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the cleaning team onboard aircraft
• Maintaining quality standards of cleaning
• Setting an example and delivering legendary service
• Monitoring team members to ensure they are working to agreed standards
• Obtaining sign-off sheets from each airline
• Completing final walkthroughs of aircraft
• Ensuring employees perform their jobs effectively
• Following daily plans of allocation set by supervisors
• Supporting the team to clean each aircraft
• Maintaining great communication with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

• Previous Team Leader experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Approachable and courteous manner
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
