Join our team at Bayer, where we're committed to overcoming the biggest challenges facing our planet. As a Container Washer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our production facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Reiniging containers, pallets, steel containers, and washing stations according to standard operating procedures.
Reiniging rooms and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Documenting cleaning activities according to standard operating procedures.
Conducting inventory checks of wash items after DHT cycles.
Operating computer-aided cleaning systems and monitoring system status, using software from the Werkleit technology.
Reporting malfunctions and supporting problem identification.
Transporting equipment within the facility and operating the automatic transportation system.
Maintaining work safety guidelines and supporting their improvement.
We're looking for someone with:
At least 6 months of work experience.
Ideally, experience in pharmaceutical production.
Knowledge and understanding of production processes.
IT skills for using standard software, a strong sense of quality, and technical understanding.
Ability to work proactively, reliably, and as part of a team, with a high level of personal responsibility.
Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
Willingness to work in shift operations.
