Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our West Roxbury location. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care. You will assist with exercises, treatments, and education to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes Conduct exercises and treatments as directed by the physical therapist Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Massachusetts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting Bilingual or multilingual skills
