Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As a Product Lead - Game Services, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of product management and live operations for mobile games across the Latin America region.
You will work closely with producers, developers, artists, marketers, community teams, and data analysts to drive growth, optimize retention and revenue, and ensure publishing excellence throughout the game lifecycle. This role requires strong market knowledge of LATAM, strategic thinking, executional discipline, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced live service environment.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing product roadmaps, publishing plans, live operations, and updates across multiple mobile game titles in LATAM; defining regional product strategies and translating them into actionable publishing and operational plans; localizing content, campaigns, and in-game events to fit LATAM player preferences and market trends; and overseeing release schedules, ensuring timely delivery of updates, events, features, and regional campaigns.
