Description
We are looking for a Head of Account Management North America to lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team, setting strategic goals and driving overall performance. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants, elevate the quality of every client interaction, drive revenue growth, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the Key Account Management LATAM team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key merchants
- Driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging market and competitive insights
- Defining and executing account strategies focused on long-term client retention and expansion
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management, with a strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations. They will also possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt their message for a merchant CEO or an internal engineering team.
