Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. As a Consultant Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and developing automatic testing, developing toolchains, performing peer reviews, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with other systems to carry out E2E testing.

Principal responsibilities:

• Design and develop automatic testing
• Develop necessary toolchains to support our own development
• Perform peer reviews for teammates' design and code
• Ensure proper and sufficient documentation
• Give show & tell for the features you work on
• Coordinate with other systems to carry out E2E testing
• Monitor and support the system you develop
• Keep learning new technology and best practices
• Own the entire lifecycle of tasks assigned to you
• Make sensible technical design decisions
• Design and develop systems on top of a vendor product in accordance with engineering best practices
• Conduct AI web service coding, API integration, and system docking
• Build low-code AI application delivery capabilities for rapid business iteration
• Continuously explore innovative AI technologies and complete POC verification
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications

• Be a quick learner and interested in learning new things
• Have an engineering mindset that strives for doing things the best way
• Have sufficient English skills to properly communicate with peers and understand business requirements
• Have a habit of writing readable and maintainable code
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of data structures and practical algorithms
• Experience with automated testing, Spark, Jenkins, PostgreSQL/Clickhouse, Unix Shell
• Solid and up-to-date knowledge of Java fundamentals or any other object-oriented language
