DPM Central

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) Central to join our team in Multan, Pakistan.

As a DPM Central, you will be responsible for developing and negotiating annual business plans with distribution partners to achieve growth and drive Red Bull initiatives. You will track the performance of distribution partners against our strategy and priorities, ultimately achieving an increase in distribution, execution, and volume.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and negotiating annual business plans with distribution partners
• Tracking distribution partners' performance against strategy and priorities
• Providing execution trainings, on-the-job trainings, and coaching to distribution partners and their teams
• Conducting regular trade visits with distribution partners' field teams to coach sales teams and unlock distribution and execution opportunities
• Analyzing opportunities in the region and implementing actions as needed
• Ensuring distribution partners fully understand and execute Red Bull's execution and merchandising standards
• Implementing systems to track and benchmark distribution partners against key initiatives and goals
• Planning and executing incentive programs to keep sales representatives focused and motivated
• Acting as a credible beverage business consultant to distribution partners and customers

Requirements:

• Strong field sales experience and track record in the consumer goods industry (beverage preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in distributor and supplier roles
• Successful track record in team management and leadership
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on geographical knowledge of the local market
• Base city: Multan or Faisalabad
• Travel: 30-40%
