Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with various tasks in the clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
• Perform exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist
• Maintain accurate and tomar records of patient treatment and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• BLS certification
