Description
As a Senior Consultant in our Operations Life Sciences team, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery and ensuring strong team performance across engagements. You will design and implement end-to-end Operations and Supply Chain strategies across the Life Sciences value chain, drive transformation programs, analyze complex operational challenges, and optimize production networks, planning processes, and operating models.
You will lead interdisciplinary project teams and work closely with our clients on-site to enable operational excellence. You will contribute to business development through high-quality project delivery and strong client relationships.
We are looking for a candidate with a college degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or a comparable degree program. You should have professional experience either in consulting or in an operations-related role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech industry.
You should have a strong T-shaped profile with broad industry understanding and deep expertise in areas such as manufacturing operations, operations excellence, supply chain optimization, or quality. You should also have a strong interest in emerging trends and technologies in manufacturing and supply chain, and the ability to combine people-centric thinking with strong analytical skills and communicate complex topics in a clear and structured way.
You should be willing to travel domestically and internationally, and have excellent command of English. Additional language skills are a plus.
