Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of all accounts payable transactions, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and optimising our AP processes.
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team, ensuring all departmental tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. This includes overseeing the entire procure-to-pay cycle from invoice receipt to payment disbursement.
Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing AP operations, process improvement and optimisation, technology implementation and utilisation, vendor management, invoice processing and reconciliation, payment processing, internal controls and compliance, reporting and analysis, audit support, and team development.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic thinking approach, a proven track record in leading AP operations, experience with Oracle Fusion (specifically the Accounts Payable module), and demonstrated experience with OCR and IDP technologies.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, and at least 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Competitive salary range: $86,000-$114,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers.
