As a Merchandising Coordinator (Striker), you will be responsible for developing and managing execution strategies at the point of sale for major retail chains in the region. This involves strategic planning, efficient resource allocation, relationship-building with store managers, and creative solutions to daily customer problems. Your goals will be to increase execution indicators and consequently boost sales and market share for stores under your responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement execution plans for indirect channels in the region
- Engage with the distributor's team to maintain execution levers
- Act as a liaison between regional sales managers and retail networks
- Provide training on perfect store concepts and execution negotiation to distributors
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions and meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in trade, merchandising, or commercial areas, preferably in indirect channels
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license (category B)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
