Production Supervisor

In this position, you will lead transformation on the forefront as a Senior Production Supervisor. As a Senior Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance
• Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets
• Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency
• Embrace a servant leadership style, focusing on building high-performing, winning teams and investing in their growth
• Utilize data and insights to strike down downtime and quality defects, driving quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality
• Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
• Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-$162,120.
