Job Description

We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team at Arc. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for owning day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound logistics to ensure materials arrive on time and in the correct condition to support production.

Responsibilities

• Owning day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound logistics to ensure materials arrive on time and in the correct condition to support production.
• Coordinating domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, booking, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining logistics documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, HTS classifications, and customs paperwork.
• Partnering with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliant, cost-effective imports and exports.
• Monitoring shipments proactively, identify risks (delays, holds, damages, compliance gaps), and drive resolution before production is impacted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain.
• 2+ years of experience managing domestic and international freight in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating LTL, FTL, air, and ocean shipments.
• Working knowledge of shipping, customs documentation, and Incoterms and how commercial terms impact cost, risk, and lead time.
• Proficient using basic computer tools such as spreadsheets, email, and shared documentation systems.
• Strong communication skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
