As a Financial Analyst in our Workforce Analytics team, you will focus on modernizing our financial and labor reporting using large datasets and AI tools. This role requires a strong, detail-oriented analyst who can manage complex data consolidation and independently drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate, analyze, and publish global FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) and labor spend reports, integrating data across diverse geographic regions and business segments.
  • Prepare and validate actual hourly and salary FTE data for 10K earnings reports and global financial disclosures.
  • Partner with HR and IT to implement structural changes in reporting tools, utilizing big data and AI to automate manual processes and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain and update data reporting hierarchies to align with changing organisational structures and global legal entities.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to management regarding FTE authority changes and strategic labor capacity planning.
  • Execute ad-hoc financial analysis using complex, multi-country data sets to support business decisions.
  • Communicate financial data and reporting processes clearly to diverse global stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and take accountability for end-to-end deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically in reconciling large data sets and identifying data anomalies.
  • Proven track record of independently solving problems, driving process improvements, and collaborating across departments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex modeling, advanced formulas) and other Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of data warehouse concepts, relational databases, and query logic.
