As an Implementation Consultant, Embedded Finance, you will play a critical role in transforming new customers into power users by leading the onboarding experience for companies adopting Brex Empower.
Your primary responsibility will be to configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex, providing consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed. You will also maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority, educating CSMs, VIP Support, and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments
- Own end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects
- Partner with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches
- Configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex
- Provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed
- Maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority
Success is measured by on-time and high-quality delivery for forecasted embedded deals, reduced escalations or partner configuration issues, and positive feedback from partner and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting
- Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving product and partnership landscapes
The expected salary range for this role is $105,600 - $132,000 CAD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
