FBS Analytics Engineer

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations, aiming to build a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will work remotely with Capgemini, which acts as the Employer of Record. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing scalable data pipelines using modern ELT tools and frameworks such as DBT (Data Build Tool)
• Automating data ingestion processes from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party services
• Developing and maintaining logical and physical data models to support business analytics
• Creating and managing dimensional models, star/snowflake schemas, and other data structures
• Transforming raw data into clean, organized, and analytics-ready datasets using SQL, Python, or other relevant languages
• Implementing data transformation workflows to handle data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment
• Collaborating with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working in Analytics Engineer or relevant field
• Experience working with SQL and Python
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI (Power Query and DAX)
• 4+ years of experience with pipeline automation tools (Fivetran would be a plus)
• Strong knowledge of DBT or other ELT frameworks/tools (Apache AirFlow)
• Strong English communication skills
