Senior AI Product Manager, Healthcare Agents

We're looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to own the Healthcare vertical within our Agents Data & Reinforcement Learning Environments team. In this role, you'll lead the development of RL environments and the 'data as a product' strategy that powers them. You'll need to understand where AI is being used in the Healthcare industry, identify valuable healthcare tasks to model, source and structure underlying data, and turn domain knowledge into a defensible product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Healthcare AI roadmap & data strategy: Set product direction for the Healthcare agents training stack and data strategy. Establish a vision for AI transformation in Healthcare, driving execution across teams.
• Build partnerships with research teams at frontier labs: Collaborate with researchers to understand their Healthcare agentic capabilities, shape new product lines, and build Scale's brand in Healthcare.
• Design and scale Healthcare-specific environments: Create simulations of real Healthcare workflows for labs to train and evaluate agents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Influence business priorities and engage in research, operations, and customer interactions to deliver critical outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–4 years of direct experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare research, clinical staff, revenue cycle management, or healthtech.
• AI-forward thinking: Quick to adopt AI solutions and understand its industry impact.
• Builder's mindset: Motivated to create new products from scratch.
• Product or customer-facing experience: Track record of owning outcomes, shaping roadmaps, or working with technical stakeholders.
• ML intuition & technical fluency: Understanding of model training, evaluation, and Reinforcement Learning environments.
• Bias for action: Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $205,600-$257,000 USD
• Base salary, equity, and benefits, including comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO.
