We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Sephora in Barcelona. As a Beauty Expert, you will work at a fast-paced rate to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be driven by the enthusiasm of achieving your goals and giving your best performance. You will not only want to meet expectations but also exceed them.
You will be a team player who understands your impact and the importance of your role. You will be adaptable to last-minute changes and provide support to your managers and colleagues alike.
You will defend the art of high-quality artistic makeup and provide an impeccable customer experience. You will be an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and want to share your knowledge with all customers. You will be passionate about Charlotte Tilbury's makeup looks and can recreate the magic for your clients, providing advice and guidance.
You will follow the company's personal care standards to the letter: you will know what looks good and won't be afraid to show it.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment, such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. They will aspire to be part of our revolutionary beauty brand that continues to grow. They will love everything related to Charlotte Tilbury and won't be afraid to spread the word.
Ideally, they will have experience in makeup application and know how to adapt their style to different clients with different needs. They will defend positivity and think limitlessly, making their energy shine.
