FBS Head of Business Transformation

Our client, a prominent insurance carrier, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Transformation to join their team at FBS. This role will function as the 'Program CEO' and provide strategic workforce management solutions to a Top Ten Insurance Carrier.

The ideal candidate will have a holistic view of the business, with the ability to think critically and strategically. They will be able to manage stakeholders effectively, both within and outside the project, and have the ability to influence without hierarchy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining a path for business transformation and taking the chaos and organizing it
• Developing and implementing strategic workforce management solutions
• Managing stakeholders and influencing without hierarchy
• Analyzing complex business concepts and breaking them down for the audience
• Providing inspirational leadership and excite and light a vision and execute together

Requirements include:

• Experience and knowledge in agency operations and insurance products
• Knowledge in IT process and execution experience in Agile methodologies
• Highly experienced in business transformation field
• Insurance background required
• Fluent English proficiency
• Strategic mindset
• Ability to handle stakeholders' requests and understand the demands and strategy
• Knowledge in US insurance market
