As a Team Leader Sales & Account Management Ostsee, you will lead and build a high-performing sales and account management team for the Ostsee region. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and optimizing existing portfolios. You will report to Susanne, our Head of Sales & Account Management DACH, and be part of a community of five team leaders in DACH. You will regularly conduct business trips in the region.

Requirements include:
- A winning personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record in sales and/or account management with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Natural leadership qualities with the ability to coach and motivate team members
- A highly analytical and data-driven approach to continuously optimize the team's approach
- A hungry but humble personality who sets ambitious goals and strives to improve continuously
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in recruiting and managing top performers
- Experience in a fast-growing e-commerce, technology, and/or travel company
Language requirements include:
- Fluent German and English
Additional requirements include:
- A valid driver's license (Class B)
