Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Sacramento. This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position, supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and its distribution company, products, and brand
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and set brand flow following Red Bull standards
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate with ASMs/DSMs on priorities
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Customer service and sales experience a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $21.47 to $23.73 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
