Sales Development Representative - Banking & Financial Services

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help unlock new opportunities and bring Yuno's new banking & Financial Services Vertical to LATAM. This is a front-line commercial role with real strategic weight , you're not just filling a pipeline, you're opening doors into markets that are central to Yuno's growth in the region.

Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and researching potential clients across Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital channels
• Initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations with prospects, uncovering their needs and positioning Yuno's solutions with relevance
• Presenting Yuno's value proposition clearly and compellingly, addressing questions and objections with confidence
• Qualifying leads and handing off high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team with full context
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring the team always has a clear view of pipeline activity
• Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity across the region to sharpen your prospecting strategy
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and targeting
• Bringing new ideas on how to improve prospecting approaches

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory , part of the interview process will be conducted in English
• 2+ years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales role
• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for sales
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Solid understanding of the Mexican and LATAM business landscape
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
