Description
We are looking for a highly capable, process-driven, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Senior Leader within Product & Engineering. The primary mission of this person is to support our Engineering and Product leaders, partnering with them to operationalize their teams' cross-functional strategies. This role offers deep exposure to how a top-tier data and AI company grows through both engineering innovation and strategic acquisitions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management: Organizing all meetings across international time zones, including internal engineering team meetings, customer meetings, internal business partners, and external venture/M&A requests.
- Request Tracking & SLAs: Building and maintaining records of all meeting requests and closing out all requests in a timely manner.
- Meeting Preparation: Ensuring all meeting invites have the appropriate details, context, and documentation to have an effective meeting, protecting executive focus time.
- Event Management: Managing offsite meetings, events, and programs in support of the leaders and their staff.
- Operational & Travel Support: Managing briefing materials, executive correspondence, and select domestic and international travel.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handling sensitive, non-public information with the judgment and professionalism appropriate to that trust.
This role requires a minimum of 7+ years of applicable executive administrative experience, ideally from a global software organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with VPs/SVPs in Engineering and Product in large organizations, experience working with VPs managing over 2000+ people in engineering, customer-facing, and/or technical roles, and high attention to detail, organization, and process abilities.
