As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will perform various administrative duties supporting the Business Development and Licensing, Pharmaceuticals organization. Your assignments will involve work of a confidential nature and require a thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies, and programs.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain departmental databases; develop spreadsheets of importance to the department;
- Assist in meeting planning and preparation, including drafting agendas and broader communications;
- Coordinate details of departmental meetings and/or on and off-site conferences and events;
- Prepare materials in final form from rough drafts, utilizing technical terminology and combining materials from several sources;
- Manage business travel arrangements;
- Screen and redirect calls, take messages, handle mail;
- Coordinate activities across departments and follow up to ensure requests are carried out;
- Process expense reports and payment of invoices;
- Interface with other assistants to share and coordinate workload;
- Cross-train lower-level assistants in the department;
- Perform additional accountabilities as required.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma;
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Ability to manage competing priorities;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized;
- Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years' relevant experience or associate’s degree with 8 years' relevant experience.
Salary range: $80,400.00 - $120,600.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
