As a Trainee Composite Trimmer, you will assist with the trimming of components and tooling across a range of industry sectors, sizes, and complexities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Trimming a broad range of products
• Checking route card instructions for accuracy
• Developing processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Maintaining equipment
• Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy
