We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with treatment plans.
Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations and treatment plans Conduct exercises and treatments as directed by physical therapists Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant studies or related field preferred Current certification as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in the state of New Mexico Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
