Senior NPI Program Manager

Lead manufacturing support for Data Center AI accelerator boards at NVIDIA, solving complex problems and delivering advanced AI accelerators across industries.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and track manufacturing progress to meet program goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Diagnostics teams on product firmware and test diagnostics upgrades.
• Manage customer qualifications for significant product changes with customer PMs and engineering.
• Develop and implement an NPI handover strategy for new designs into mass production.
• Drive regular alignment and updates to the factory network with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ensure continuous alignment between the factory and key collaborators on production execution strategy and engineering work progress.
• Lead teams to minimize production risks and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Drive systemic process improvements, own technology issue resolution, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate the supply chain and manufacturing plan of record for revenue products.
• Maintain project budgets and track procurement and delivery of bring-up hardware.

Requirements:

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in program management/production within the server industry.
• Leadership skills to influence and drive behaviours.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in technical program, project, or product management within the server domain.
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional Certification.
• Technical depth in hardware and software development techniques.
• Knowledge of factory production techniques and test strategies.
• Experience delivering complex products to cloud-based customers.
