Description
Lead manufacturing support for Data Center AI accelerator boards at NVIDIA, solving complex problems and delivering advanced AI accelerators across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and track manufacturing progress to meet program goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Diagnostics teams on product firmware and test diagnostics upgrades.
- Manage customer qualifications for significant product changes with customer PMs and engineering.
- Develop and implement an NPI handover strategy for new designs into mass production.
- Drive regular alignment and updates to the factory network with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ensure continuous alignment between the factory and key collaborators on production execution strategy and engineering work progress.
- Lead teams to minimize production risks and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Drive systemic process improvements, own technology issue resolution, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate the supply chain and manufacturing plan of record for revenue products.
- Maintain project budgets and track procurement and delivery of bring-up hardware.
Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in program management/production within the server industry.
- Leadership skills to influence and drive behaviours.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in technical program, project, or product management within the server domain.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional Certification.
- Technical depth in hardware and software development techniques.
- Knowledge of factory production techniques and test strategies.
- Experience delivering complex products to cloud-based customers.
