Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for a key product area within the Auth0 Identity Security product line, focusing on Agentic Security.

The ideal candidate brings direct experience in agentic security product management, with a deep understanding of AI agents, their orchestration, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and champion a clear product strategy and roadmap for Agentic Security, prioritizing based on customer value and business impact.
  • Conduct customer research to identify opportunities, optimize the customer journey, and ensure product value realization.
  • Collaborate with Product Design on prototypes, wireframes, and concepts to improve usability for technical and business audiences.
  • Work closely with engineering teams for agile execution, writing user stories, and managing ambiguity to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive continuous data analysis for customer adoption, establishing hypotheses and tracking progress toward strategic targets.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on targeted customer campaigns, PLG motions, retention, and high-value usage and adoption.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, refining product positioning and developing customer value messaging.
  • Engage with the field organisation to build deep knowledge of the voice of the customer and drive customer conversations.
  • Leverage AI tools for high-value activities like prototyping, customer insights, competitive analysis, and product documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant product experience with AI Agent creation, orchestration, and MCP servers.
  • Strong command of the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI and experience with threat remediation.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in startup or high-growth company environments.
  • Undergraduate and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience in the security, fraud, or compliance industries with foundational knowledge of IAM/CIAM concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering global, enterprise software.
  • Outcome-driven with a history of achieving tangible business results.
  • Keen analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity.
  • Deep experience working with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.

The annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for this position is between $169,000-$253,000 USD.
