Cleaning Officer

We are seeking a Cleaning Officer to join our team in Princes Square, Glasgow. As a Cleaning Officer, you will be responsible for cleaning communal and staff areas of the shopping centre, including hoovering, mopping, desk wiping, office and welfare facilities, and toilet cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting desks and all surfaces
• Cleaning customer toilets
• Scrubber drying, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Disinfecting all high touch points
• Detail work, i.e., skirtings, sills, fixtures, etc.
• Following group and company policies and procedures
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager

Requirements:

• Good attendance
• Work to routine schedules
• Be able to proactively find tasks
• Ability to work on their own and as a team
• Excellent timekeeping
• Good communication skills
