Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch COO Manager in Guangzhou.

In this role, you will provide capable and professional support to the Branch DM (Branch COO) for branch-level COO support to the business and overall branch management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing in-source vendor performance, chop management, voucher control, staff communications and engagement, regulator-related coordination and relationship building, and public affairs and administration management.
  • Ensuring the bank's security, administration, operations, and processing quality and productivity meet the Bank's standards and are fully compliant with local regulatory requirements.
  • Performing document management tasks, such as disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents, and file and document management.
  • Maintaining records, information resources, and data processing.
  • Coordinating branch activities, arranging resources, meetings, services, and supplies.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper or primary point of contact for an area.
  • Monitoring the performance of in-source vendors, reviewing and controlling service standards adherence.
  • Providing assistance to branches on residential services to meet rapid business growth.
  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks and taking on a back-up role for Branch Security.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Three to five years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken, with good presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, business acumen, and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills, good management and decision-making skills, and good communication skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and work with a wide range of organisations and individuals.
  • Strong implementation ability and influencing skills to deliver results.
  • The ability to think broadly while paying close attention to detail.
