At Bayer, we're seeking a Senior Area General Manager (Sr. AGM) to lead our Cardiovascular business in the Louisville, KY area. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering top-line targets while effectively leading and managing a dynamic cross-functional customer-facing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving revenue goals for the area by executing comprehensive strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.
- Developing and leading a high-performing team in the business unit, including sales representatives, key account managers, and other specialized roles.
- Identifying, retaining, and attracting high-performing talent for the organization.
- Gaining and applying a deep understanding of relevant markets, business models, strategic priorities, future direction, and financial drivers.
- Defining the local area strategy and priorities in collaboration with the cross-functional and HQ team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and leadership, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $202,000.00 to $303,000.00, plus additional compensation and benefits.
