Senior Director, Product Management -- Employee Experience Technology

As Senior Director of Product Management for EE Tech, you will guide our global collaboration and productivity strategy, digital assistant strategy, and AI product strategy. You will report to the Senior Director of Employee Exp and lead a senior team dedicated to employee tech, responsible for measurable business outcomes, and organisational transformation. Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the enterprise-wide product strategy for employee tools and platforms, aligning roadmaps with EA’s business priorities and future ways of working
• Define and evolve enterprise-wide AI product strategies, aligning with EA's business priorities and guiding a portfolio of AI use cases such as copilots, automation, and content generation
• Establish and enforce product-level governance, experimentation guardrails, and vendor standards for security, IP, and bias mitigation in partnership with Legal, Privacy, Security, and HR
• Build, mentor, and scale a senior product management team, standardising product operating models and metrics across regions to support our diverse, global workforce
• Translate business outcomes into technically actionable requirements, collaborating with engineering leadership to balance speed, reliability, cost, and technical debt for scalable AI platforms

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of senior PMs and management of complex, multi-product portfolios in enterprise environments
• Proven experience defining and leading enterprise-wide collaboration and productivity strategies, driving adoption and measurable business impact across platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
• Experience guiding AI/ML product development, data governance, and roadmap ownership, with measurable success in launching AI solutions for large, multinational organisations
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, software development lifecycle, and enterprise governance practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree welcomed
