Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment
• Meet operational performance goals, including productivity, patient scheduling, and patient care standards
• Support team development and manage the full employee performance cycle
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans
• Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources

Qualifications
