Description
In this role, you will serve as a proactive partner to the executive, anticipating needs and adapting to their specific working style to maximize their daily efficiency and impact. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating the executive's complex calendar and correspondence, maintaining and archiving digital communications and records, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, designing and managing end-to-end travel itineraries, executing high-level meeting preparation, serving as a professional gatekeeper, leading the planning and execution of staff meetings, off-sites, and team gatherings, producing and editing high-quality reports, presentations, and budgets, and serving as an adjunct member of the leadership team.
You will have experience as an executive assistant or project manager, with 3+ years of Microsoft software experience, experience managing plant-level social media, and superior written and verbal communication skills. You will also have demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and professionalism, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to build relationships and interface confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
