Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations at our newly commissioned premix manufacturing plant in Chilliwack, BC.

The successful candidate will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate closely with production, lab, quality, technical departments, and external service providers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound raw material logistics from Vancouver Port to Chilliwack
• Operational ownership of the ASRS system
• Defining and managing business continuity plans for ASRS downtime scenarios
• Outbound finished goods distribution to U.S. customers
• Functioning as business owner for supply chain processes in SAP and WMS
• Inventory planning and team leadership
• Ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable supply chain execution in a highly automated SAP/WMS environment

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain / logistics / warehouse management/3PL management
• Experience in manufacturing or ingredient/food environments
• Hands-on experience working in SAP (ERP and EWM preferred) and WMS systems
• Demonstrated experience with cross-border Canada–U.S. logistics
• Strong understanding of customs documentation and compliance
• Experience supporting or leading operations in automated or ASRS environments
• Proven ability to build and lead teams in startup or change environments
