Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead our clinic in Renton, Washington. As a Clinic Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, patient care, and business development. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $95,000 to $126,552 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow the clinic's revenue and market share
• Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
• Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with other clinic directors and corporate staff to achieve organisational goals

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington
• At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
