Lubes Blender

We are seeking a Lubes Blender to join our team in Isando, Johannesburg.

As a Lubes Blender, you will be responsible for setting and operating machinery used in the production process, ensuring all product items meet set FUCHS quality standards, and executing process orders and SAP activities in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting and operating machinery used in the production process
• Ensuring all product items meet set FUCHS quality standards
• Executing process orders and SAP activities in line with company standards
• Monitoring machinery and/or equipment to identify problems and prevent downtime or work stoppages
• Identifying and reporting maintenance/repair needs to the Supervisor
• Monitoring and reporting raw material wastage, losses, and/or shortages
• Planning daily activities and maintaining cleanliness of the blending areas

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• An N3 Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Certificate
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in the chemical/lubricant industry is preferred
• A willingness to work shifts
