As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening our relationship with key Enterprise customers in the FSI vertical in Korea. You will have a deep understanding of the FSI vertical in Korea and a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholders to compress decision cycles. You will love understanding a product in-depth and be passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. You will always be prospecting for new opportunities, closing new accounts while growing our business in existing accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evangelizing Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform powered by Spark and launching the Databricks brand in Enterprise/Strategic Accounts across all industries
  • Prospecting, identifying and sourcing new sales opportunities, building pipeline individually and/or with the Databricks SDR team
  • Engaging with business and technical decision makers and leading them through the evaluation and buying process
  • Exceeding individual activity, pipeline and annual revenue targets
  • Engaging with and driving business through local partners (technology partners, ISVs, SIs and GSIs)
  • Driving customer success and upsell in existing customers
  • Creating a Territory Strategy

We are looking for someone with proven success in Enterprise/Strategic Sales roles, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology. You should have demonstrable experience of selling innovation, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology. A solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach is essential, as well as the ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value for the customer.
