Relief Security Officer

We are seeking a Relief Security Officer to join our team at London Energy Ltd. As the public face of the Security Team, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure exemplary security standards. You will be required to work varied shifts across two sites: London Energy, Wembley NW10 OUX and London Energy, Edmonton, N18 3AG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with visitors, providing first-class customer-focused services
• Conduct regular site patrols, being proactive and looking for opportunities to assist
• Safeguard the site, ensuring a safe and non-threatening environment for visitors
• Manage incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures
• Liaise with the site control room and colleagues to respond to incidents
• Record and log non-conformances and emergencies
• Deal efficiently with emergencies, keeping the site team informed
• Monitor and surveil suspect individuals, logging and reporting incidents
• Maintain vigilance and manage unauthorised access
• Adhere to radio procedures and notebook policies
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required

Required Skills and Experience:

• SIA Licensed DS or SG required
• SIA CCTV licensed desirable
• First Aid certificate required
• Professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
