Regional On Premise Manager Central (West) BC

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager Central (West) BC to lead the On Premise development of the Red Bull brand in the province of British Columbia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of On Premise Managers (Musketeers/Scouts) and managing resources to achieve Business Plan objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assuming and living the Red Bull On Premise Culture
• Monitoring image standards within the Musketeer team
• Managing territory and team to drive growth
• Searching for new business opportunities and optimizing route planning
• Engaging with customers to build successful business relationships
• Developing and implementing incentives and activities for key customers
• Allocating resources to achieve growth plans while improving profitability

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong On Premise industry knowledge and experience
• Minimum 3 years sales experience with a strong history of success
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and coaching skills in English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills an asset
• A valid driver's license

This role offers a salary range of $103,700 to $105,200 per year, eligibility for an annual bonus, and benefits.
