We are seeking an experienced Entwicklungsfachkraft für die mechanische Fertigung to join our team at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg an der Donau.

As a key member of our Operation/ Maintenance Test Facilities department, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of mechanical components for our racing cars.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test mechanical components for racing cars
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
• Analyse and optimise mechanical systems for improved performance and reliability
• Develop and implement testing procedures to validate mechanical components
• Work closely with production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes

Requirements:

• Experienced in mechanical engineering, preferably in a motorsport or automotive environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, development, and testing principles
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
