Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an HR International and HR Digitalization Intern. As an intern, you will support international HR projects and gain insights into different countries and cultures. You will work on global HR processes, learn modern HR standards, and help digitalize HR processes. You will also contribute to the development of our international HR IT systems, participate in transformation projects, and support the development of global HR instruments.
Responsibilities:
- Support international HR projects and gain insights into different countries and cultures
- Work on global HR processes and learn modern HR standards
- Help digitalize HR processes and contribute to the development of our international HR IT systems
- Participate in transformation projects and support the development of global HR instruments
- Prepare information, documents, and evaluations for international HR work and collaborate closely with the team
- Contribute ideas to modern topics such as AI applications in HR or new forms of collaboration
- Assist in building an international student network and connecting young talents across locations
Requirements:
- Currently studying business administration, computer science, or a related field
- Interest in digitalization and HR processes, with enthusiasm for working in an international environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with independent work style
- Motivated to work in a team with helpful and friendly colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills and service orientation
- Ideally, experience with Power BI or Power Automate (otherwise, you will quickly learn it)
